Answer and route all incoming calls with high level professionalism Greets and directs visitors, guests and business related inquires Assist in maintaining administrative files on census and prospective residents.
Assists and maintains records and results on all referral contacts.
Assists the Executive Director with handling resident questions.
Assists and coordinates all inquiries and admissions to the Executive Director or delegated person.
Receives and follows schedule/ instructions from your supervisor.
Makes telephone calls as necessary.
Operates Emergency Response system for paging staff Accumulates, maintains and provide statistical data as directed.
Maintains log books as directed.
Releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Participates in fire and disaster drills.
Maintains files and forms as directed.
Initiates calls to nursing, medical staff and / or emergency services as may be necessary according to established policies and procedures.
Assists with daily distribution of administrative mail delivery; Sort and Distribute mail Assists staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families, and guests.
Prepares correspondence and other forms/documents needed for daily operations and marketing Organizes office functions and flow of communication.
Performs other related duties as required, or as may be directed.
Requirements Receptionist experience in assisted living or Skilled nursing care a must.
Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic.
Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the organization.
Ability to organize and ensure completion of multiple documents

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
