com/366596550 We are looking for an Inventory/Purchasing Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing sales team.
This individual should possess a strong desire to succeed and have a drive to take ownership and demonstrate leadership at work.

Maintain LBU inventory daily system, input all purchase orders received and pull out all raw material used based on the cutting ticket of fabrics and trimming.
File all paperwork of inventory and maintain binders with swatches of all the fabric that we have available in the warehouse.
Responsible for coordination of the annual physical inventory process.
Purchasing:
Work with the Purchasing Manager on all related work in the area, creating, and issuing purchase orders, answering internal and vendors emails.
Work with Purchasing manager verified that all material is available in stock for new orders or reorders, when yield is received, and order is approved in Asana system is physically verified in the inventory that all is ok para production.
Maintaining with the Purchasing manager new or existing vendor relationships, analyzing vendor lead-times for deliveries and materials usage to maintain correct reorder amounts and safety stock levels.
Assist in the organization of documents received in purchases to be archived on the file of purchase orders.
Accounting:
Make the details of prices and material used of each sales order based on the cutting ticket of raw material to the controller.
Forward to the Controller the raw material inventory LBU finalized at the end of the month or within the first 5 days of the next month.
Share the format of the purchase orders that are made in purchases, with the detail of the quantity received, date, status and for which area it was purchased.
Sample Room:
Provide all components (Raw Materials) for each sales order that needs a sample, or bring more material If the department needs for samples.
Provide a sample yard when new material arrives for testing and measuring the width of the incoming rolls of fabric.
Sales:
Assist sales team with all inquiries on fabrication, materials, pricing, etc.
, and advise current inventory status of new orders or reorders.
Assist in the delivery of a small swatch of fabric for the clients when required if we have the material available.
Production:
Work with the trimming area delivery in an excel sheet with the details of the components that are used for each sales order and inform if the material is in stock or not.
Assist the production team with any purchasing requirements or need to verify that the raw material came with a defect or damage.
Get the packing list of the products picked up locally, verifying that the goods and quantities received are correct to be used for each sales order.
Work with the warehouse organizer on the location, and everything related to the incoming raw materials.
It also confirms which material is used in the warehouse for each sales order when the order is delivered for cutting.
Receiving:
Check the packing list to ensure quantities received of all raw materials purchased from the purchasing area and inform the purchasing manager of any shortages or damage to incoming goods.
Take two swatch samples, one for the purchasing manager and the other in the purchase order sheet, to have a record of what has been received.
Update the receiving log of all raw material being received.
